Team Building: Helping merge two distinctly different cultures, Coaching and training team leaders, working with project teams, cross-functional teams, critical-to-mission teams who need to get better results, building new teams, team selection for balance, team launch--mission, vision, charter, team roles, team goals, team plans for execution, planning fun team events, behavioral style assessments for team members to get to know each other and work together better
Facilitation of meetings: Assistance to CEO, COO, executives to plan for better interaction and open, trusting, respectful dialogue at meetings, setting up ground rules, getting ego's in check, moving projects forward with great planning tools and group process, helping capture meeting decisions, actions, and plans, facilitation of conflicts and resolution of issues

Hiring and Retention: Helping revamp or upgrade existing hiring processes, training managers to implement competency-based, behavioral interviewing procedures, upgrading recruiting to work with younger (Millenial) employees, provide tools to assess candidates as part of the hiring process, assessing and addressing turnover problems, working on plans, creating teams to address Employee Satisfaction issues, identifying managers who are causing unnecessary turnover and coaching them through getting them on a performance improvement plan
Develop work/life balance initiatives to improve quality of work life and job satisfaction, provide training, new initiatives, and communicate a new focus and commitment to work life balance as part of the culture, assess whether its happening
Develop retirement transitions program to assist high-value employees and managers nearing retirement to plan an alternative to full retirement. This will help organizations retain critical skills and allow a part-time contribution while they transition into full retirement-a strategy that will ease the skills and personnel shortages we will be experiencing shortly.
