MEASURE is the name of the game in today's work environment! We need to have benchmarks of where we are today in order to show IMPROVEMENT!
Many executives have BLIND SPOTS about their organizations. Often, they are isolated from "the trenches" so they don't hear and know the REAL STUFF that is going on within their organization. They make assumptions: that TRUST is high, that employee satisfaction is high, that people like their bosses, like their jobs, and are intending to stay forever!
